Ya Hay un orden de un corte federal declarando que USCIS tiene que tomar nuevas aplicaciones de DACA empezando Agosto 22. Pero no haga nada todavía por nuevas aplicaciones. Ese orden puede ser apelado. Además hay un otro juez muy conservativo considerando DACA. Por ahorita ten paciencia. Pero si tiene DACA ya, manda su expediente de extension Ahorita—ni importa su fecha de expiración!

From KIND today: "KIND’s Headquarters Team has received reliable information from multiple sources, including from within DHS and other immigration organizations, that ICE is planning a large-scale enforcement operation named “Operation Mega.” The operation is expected to commence on or about September 17th and run through on or about September 22nd with the stated goal of capturing 8,400 individuals. Reportedly any person subject to enforcement according to the Executive Orders may be targeted, and ICE has been encouraged to apprehend “collateral” or “incidental” individuals it encounters as well. Each ICE field office reportedly has a high quota number that they are expected to apprehend as their contribution to what the Administration is hoping will be the largest nationwide ICE enforcement effort in history."
