" 1st issue-car goes into a safety lock down mode. Had to call to see how i was supposed to start it. Later that night i get a flat. No problem i purchased rd side assistance. Call for help the lady says i didnt purchase it. I say yes i did. She refuses to help until agree to pay 78 bucks to get someone out there. Nobody came. Changed it myself. Yet, they still charged me for that and god knows what else. Go to return and the man says i did indeed purchase insurance and didnt know why the lady didnt help. They ended up keeping 183 dollars out of the deposit. Total rip off. Ill NEVER use hertz again. And ill be letting everyone i know about the atrocious customer service. "

" Worst customer service. The agent at the counter was not help he was more concerned with what was happening with his phone instead of doing his job. I have been a loyal customer with this company however after today they will not get any more business from me. "

" The counter person was rude. We went through rental lot before going in. He lied to us saying vehicle had to be returned and cleaned. It was already in lot. Car was dirty and smelled like dog. Front end shook between 55-65. The savings was so not worth it. Poor experience. "

" Renting an SUV from this location now. When I got the car I noticed a strong smell in it like a cleaner. The following day the cleaner smell went away and now it smell like a wet dog. I noticed quite a bit of exterior damage and mentioned it to an employee in the lot and she said "she would ensure it was in the vehicle profile". The interior of the vehicle is disgusting but I didn't notice it when I originally got in the vehicle because I was in a hurry to get on the road. Bottom line I used to think of Hertz as the best rental agency but now it is by far the worst. I can't believe they would rent this vehicle out and think it was okay. Hertz has officially lost my business for life. "
