Obviously, I am not a facebook page updater on a regular basis. Time has just been flying by. I moved to be on Sandy English's team in the English Realty group and this has been great. Has been a great experience to have teammates to discuss transactions and options. Wish you the best holiday season and will resolve to facebook more in 2015.

Hope this finds everyone well.
Real estate news: we are edging back up to the 2007 prices, without a cliff on the other side this time, they tell me.
This is First Friday in Raleigh NC tonight. Great for going downtown for music, art, food and just hanging out at your favorite evening spots.

Still a good time to buy a home with the mortgage rates still low, hovering between 3.75 and 4.25 (depending on the loan type and terms).

June 1 already! Kids are ending their school year graduating, moving onto the next grade or school level. Always exciting. It is heating up in Raleigh, but not without some major rain (and hail just now!). Had some days in the 90's over memorial day weekend and thru this weekend interspersed with downpours! Everything looks so green and healthy! Crepe Myrtles are blooming!

Downtown living tour: hope people went! Those were some unique and convenient properties and businesses highlighted on the tour. It was a super busy weekend downtown this weekend. Artsplosure was well attended and the weather really cooperated!!! It was beautiful. I rode my bike downtown and was glad I did...faster on the living tour and didnt have to worry about parking!!!
