John P. McNeil is the founder of McNeil Law Firm, PLLC. A graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law, Mr. McNeil has considerable experience in litigation, non-litigation and mediation surrounding all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, alimony, post-separation support, equitable distribution, alienation of affection, domestic violence, property distribution, and other complex legal matters.

John is a Certified Mediator for Family Financial Settlements and accepts party selected designations as mediator as well as accepting court-appointed designations in certain counties in North Carolina.

Claudia N. McClinton is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and practices family law with the McNeil Law Firm.

Belinda Sukeena represents clients in the areas of family law, business and contract law, and wills and probate. Belinda received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1993 and her J.D. from Campbell University in 2001. Prior to law school, Belinda worked as a project manager for contracts with the Research Triangle Institute in RTP. She currently serves as a director and the treasurer for the Board of Directors of the Apex Chamber of Commerce.
