The Triangle is growing and changing more rapidly than almost any area in the country. Patrick is fascinated by this, and prides himself in staying on top of these changes, area market trends, and new real estate technologies.

Patrick was born and raised in Raleigh where he attended Ravenscroft School. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Psychology and Music. He has lived and worked all over the Triangle and has gathered an extensive knowledge of the entire area over the years.
