Happy Fourth of July week! To get in the mood we have a red, white, and blue salad with fresh cherries, tomatoes, blueberries, and goat cheese and a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting. Pair it with our strawberry kiwi iced tea or the turkey, brie, green apple panini. We will not be open July 4th, so get your cupcakes ahead of time.

Strawberry season continues with farm fresh strawberries from Page Farms with a Strawberry, Bacon, Bleu Cheese, Pecan, & Chicken Salad, Strawberry Cream Cake, Strawberry Muffins, and Strawberry Iced Tea. Our family had so much fun picking strawberries at Page Farms this weekend to bring you this delicious Strawberry, Cream Cheese, Turkey Wrap and a Strawberry Salad with Chicken, Feta, Almonds, and Strawberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette. This week our special, Chef Jimmy's Cranberry Walnut Goat Cheese Turkey Wrap and side salad, has a story behind it. Lance spent 7 years working in the wine cellar at the Angus Barn with Chef Jimmy Alfano. Right before we were able to tell Jimmy about our opportunity to start Sommelier's Roast, Jimmy passed away suddenly. This goat cheese was something that was a favorite of Jimmy's so we are using our version of it on our turkey wrap with a watermelon vinaigrette or you can get it on a side salad with oranges and watermelon vinaigrette in our pick two (soup, sandwich, salad combo) for $7.99. A portion of the proceeds from the sales go to a culinary scholarship fund in Chef Jimmy's honor. Also featured this week is a vegan vegetable soup with Israeli couscous.
