" When I moved to NC a few years ago, I found Surf City Dental while looking for dentists close to where I lived. Fast forward a couple years, and though I live about 40 minutes away, I continue to go to SCD.
Everybody on the staff is genuine, personable, and happy. Dr. Parr is the best dentist I've ever had. He cares, knows his stuff, and like the rest of his staff, is quite genuine. I trust everybody that works here and when it comes to something like dentistry, I don't know very much - so having a trustworthy dentist is important for me.
They've got a new (less than a year old) facility that is warm, inviting, and pleasant. It's conveniently located too just off 17.
If I ever leave the area, I'll be sad about having to find a new dentist. "

" Trips to the dentist are not on my list of favorite things to do...everyone I encountered at Surf City Dental on my first visit there today was extremely pleasant and kind. Upon entering the building it was more of a spa like atmosphere than a dental office, there was lemon water available as well as an area to freshen up with tooth brushes, paste and towels. Dr. Parr greeted me before Katherine proceeded with her job as hygienist. She was very gentle, thorough and funny. Dr Parr came back in for my exam and we discussed any concerns I had. A very positive experience, I highly recommend. "

" Dr parr and his assistant Jenn were totally awesome! Not a good experience usually w the dentist office but they have definitely swayed my fear of now going to the dentist! Awesome and super chill experience they have given to the patients. "
