" We just moved here from Florida and haven't had a chance to find a veterinarian yet. Our fur baby Cheyenne got very sick. Throwing up and couldn't urinate. I looked on line for veterinarian in the Celina area and Celina Animal Hospital had the best reviews. I called them at 7am as soon as they opened on Saturday and they worked her in right away. Dr. Roth did x-rays and found the problem right away. He had to do emergency surgery on her to remove a bladder stone that was blocking her. He was so kind and thorough. He called several times to update us on her including Sunday, on his day off. He went in and checked on her himself. The staff and him were awesome and made us feel at ease. I highly recommend him and this place. Five stars from us. We found out Veterinarian for our 5 fur babies for sure. "

" My dog had parvo and he only had to stay here for a short time thankfully. The vet was very friendly and caring, unfortunately i can't say the same for the workers inside. They acted like they didn't want to be there, didn't really care for animals, and acted like my dog had a deadly contagious disease that they themselves could catch. If I didn't know any better I would say they hated my dog. They werent friendly at all. I had to rush back in to the front desk (I touched 2 door handles) to get my harness to rudely find out they had thrown it away because it was "highly contaminated" and got yelled at because now I have "contaminated" everything and she proceeded to complain about how now she would have to "clean everything with bleach" If I would have known about my harness I would have kept it and washed it myself. What a waste. Please inform your customers if you are going to destroy their property. "

" I had called to set up an appointment for my kitten to get his shots and nutered and the lady was very nice but then I had called back another lady was very rude and told me she didn't know why the price had been upped and told me she didn't know what shots they needed she was very disrespectful and needs to learn customer service better I own my own business and if anyone at my establishment ever talked to a customer that way they would be fired on the spot I was very disappointed because I have been here numerous times and never had a problem even when I went to go pick up my cat she had rolled her eyes and walked away when she handed him to me not telling me how he did or anything I know she is just a receptionist but sometimes that's where you get the best feedback this lady needs to learn customer service "
