Follow them on Facebook and when they post their flavor of the day; if you can't make it there until later but are sure you want some, you can ask them to hold a few for you in the comments. Not to miss: Lemon drop cupcakes, any cupcake with peanut butter frosting, and carrot cake cake pops. "

" I called on a Tuesday to place an order for Saturday, I was told to call back Wednesday. When I called Wednesday I was told they were already full for Saturday. Which I understand business's get busy. The lady who answered my original call was rude and an acted like she didn't want to be bothered with my order. I have never called previously to place an order. You need to step up your customer service. About the cupcakes, they need to be fresher. I buy cupcakes often, but after I was treated that way, probably not so much. I am not one to leave bad reviews, I like supporting local businesses and see them thrive. You also have to treat your customers good. If you can't do a certain order, make it very clear what you can do or what the stipulations are. I don't think my order was unreasonable. It was for a dozen cupcakes with a certain flavor. Step it up, watch your tone, treat your customers how you want to be treated. Kindness goes along way. "

" I love the cupcakes, but the last few times I have tried to do a special order they were unable to do it. They forgot my order the first time. The second time they said they should be able to make them. The next day they called and said they were unable to make them. They need 72 hours in advance for special orders. The person I spoke to previously did not mention 72 hours were needed in advance. This is so frustrating. "

" I love their cupcakes, but the last 3 or 4 times I've stopped there, they've been closed. I've stopped well before 8pm. Last week I stopped at about 5pm, and they were closed. I assume they are selling out, but I would think they would then adjust their volume to last throughout the day. "
