" WARNING TO BRIDES! Do NOT bring your dress to this dry cleaners or any other cleaners they own in Youngstown, Ohio. I brought my wedding dress into be cleaned and cleaned only. There are a few reasons not to bring your dress or possibly any other clothing you might find value in. 1. They do not call when your item is finished. My dress was there for 4 months! 2. They are deceitful and very unprofessional. I had a belt with an embellished slider attached to my dress. They didn’t say that it should be removed or if there would be any issues with cleaning my dress. Upon picking up my dress I noticed that the slider (or this clip that they had on my dress) was dirty and not the slider I originally had on my dress. They replaced it with a flower clip, from the petals that was left over. Mind you I didn’t have a flower embellishment at all on my dress. They said nothing to me about any issues or the slider being harmed in any way. They played it off like nothing happened. When I brought this issue up to the Manager she didn’t really have an answer why I was not told. If I had had my dress boxed up, I might have never known that I didn’t have the right embellishment on my dress. 3. They also did NOT take out the bustle. How can you clean something correctly if you don’t take out the bustle?
I do have to say that they did send me a check in order to replace the slider that was on my dress. Granted it will not be the one I was married with and the one my Father had given me, but nonetheless I will have my dress back to where it should have been prior to the dry cleaning process/experience.
The ONLY reason I gave it a 1 star is because I was not able to give it 0. "
