I have been a local foodie and gardener for some time but finally took the plunge and started a small scale business to raise quail eggs, microgreens, and specialty crops for local restaurants and other people who want to know where their food comes from! Happy Toes Homestead minimizes use of chemicals and tries to work with heirloom varieties and organic principles.
