" The emergency is not by far being one of the worse ER I have seen. Need's Improvement. You can find some great personalitys at FM & Phone calls are always handled professional when I call. "

" This hospital is the worst to go to for the e.r i was in and out of fairview in 30 mins going on 4 hours and still no room. All the doctors/nurses just stand around talking. My girlfriend has 3 broken teeth and there just taking there good ole time. "

" all of the doctors were caring and knowledgeable. most of the nurses were great caregivers, especially Moody, she treated me exceptional. one nurse, Angie, started her morning "tired'. it was as if she was on her 'last leg' and really didn't want to be there. Also, her customer service was way off. she needs to be reminded that she has a nursing job because of 'patients'. She acted as if she were 'burned out" and maybe should consider retirement, at this time. Also, the room I was expected to stay in after leaving the 'step down' floor was deplorable, causing me to sign myself out early. Lastly, the transportation voucher service was second rate. i was basically told take it or leave it...and i choose to leave it. I pay a substantial amount for my healthcare, it is not free and yet i was treated like a charity case, in part. "

" The main campus pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever come across. Had to wait w days for my mother's medication when they said it would be ready for pick up by 2pm. Then was told they ready for pick up,and wasnt. Also have been given the wrong medicine there. Plus have been told that my mother's meds were already given to another patient!! WHAT? I honestly can't believe they are able to maintain a license! I don't know how they haven't been investigated by now. "
