" Love my Escape. But the problem is the remote start they installed had a lot of issues and it my system still doesn't work right but not taking it back to deal with them again after 4 1/2 months dealing with going in and out of the service dept. . The tire service check a flat tire told me someone let the air out of it (was there almost 2hrs) only for it to go flat again a day and half later while at a funeral. Went back this time they actually took my tire off put in water and there it was the holes where the air was coming out. Just had it in again to have the outlets checked in the cargo area that didn't work and the in between the seats. Said that a fuse blew and the the air pump which made to plug in in the car pulled to many amos for the one in the cargo area so pretty much your phone charge will work but you don't sit in the cargo area so it's worthless. It was covered under the warranty but told they cover the cost for me. So not happy with everything there. When I went to see Mr Bass I was greeted by my sales person with crossed arms said he wasn't there when I was already told he was. I refused to speak to him. "

" The customer service is well, the staff seems to be nice but the vehicle service department is unqualified to work on vehicles. I've had to take my 2015 Ford Focus to their shop over 4 times for a problem that keeps reoccurring. They then tell me that they made some minor tweak or computer update and it should be completely resolved only to find it happening again a couple days later. it's a joke that I drive a rental more than the car I paid for... "

" I worked with Paul at Mike Bass- he's a gem! It was time for me to buy a car because my previous one was 1) getting a bit up there in miles and 2) on fire. I escaped narrowly as my high-mileage crossover exploded in the middle of a football field. After that I did a lot of self reflection and came to the understanding that peace comes from within: none of us are here for a purpose but it's the relationships we forge and cultivate with one another that really matters. So with that in mind I decided on the FORD ESCAPE! Truly the vehicle of choice for the existentially-minded. I looked on the forums for where all the top philosophers bought their cars and Mike Bass Ford came up time and again, so I walked all night to get there. Paul was there with a handshake and also they have a popcorn machine! We test drove an Escape and the next day I drove it off the lot. Paul was a refreshing salesperson with none of that pressure you get from some other dealerships, or vacuum chambers. I let him know what I was trying to spend and we found the car that worked for me. The very next day I won $100 on a scratchy lottery ticket! COINCIDENCE? "
