Oths, Heiser, Miller, Waigand & Clagg, LLC is headquartered in the historic Joseph Clutts home at 16 East Broadway Street in Wellston, Ohio.

The Clutts home has served as a law firm since 1922, when Harry B. Reese (1899-1964) established his general practice. In 1961, Joseph A. Oths, the “Oths” of Oths, Heiser, Miller, Waigand & Clagg, LLC joined the firm.

Since its formation the firm has become a busy litigation and general practice firm. Currently Oths, Heiser, Miller, Waigand & Clagg, LLC has four attorneys, who are licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Ohio and West Virginia.
