Gaetano Williams is the Executive Chef and Proprietor of Tano Bistro. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to open Tano Bistro as an addition to our catering business. I enjoy the chance to mingle with my guests and give each customer personal attention.” Prior to starting Tano Catering in 2008, Chef Williams was the Executive Chef at McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant in downtown Cincinnati.
