" Drove all the way from Parma twice just for them not to have oxtails😢then when I go to just get my rice with gravy so that my ride would not be a total waste they tell me you must spend $10 to use your credit card😑 like how can I do that if you don't have what I wanted,I miss the old location portions were bigger and the customer service was better!...had to come edit,my rice was hard like it was a old batch "
