Auditing has been and remains our Firm’s core service. SAUNDERS & ASSOCIATES, PLLC performs approximately 120 audits a year. Our high level of service is built around our 2 Member Owners and 1 Manager which all have over 30 years of audit experience. Similarly, all of our staff concentrates on staying current on the audit standards that affect our clients. As an example, most of our pension audit clients must comply with ERISA, and therefore, it is imperative that we stay abreast of the latest ERISA requirements. Additionally, some of our clients that receive federal and/or state funding are subject to Government Auditing Standards and/or the revised Single Audit Act and related OMB issued “Uniform Guidance”. Our audit teams have extensive experience in the areas of our clients. We have been obtaining Peer Reviews every 3 years since 1991 and they all, including the recent one in 2015, have resulted in an Unqualified/Pass Opinion. Education, training and experience have allowed our professionals to provide the services that exceed our clients’ needs and expectations and would support SAUNDERS & ASSOCIATES, PLLC’s high client retention rate.
