After closing the bricks and mortar restaurant, Brady has went back to his roots with a mobile kitchen or concession trailer but in a much larger fashion! This mobile kitchen is 46' long with the smoker on the back porch and almost all of the equipment that he had in his restaurant. He can set up in your town and sell food for a day, cater your wedding, corporate appreciation meals for your employees or almost anything else you can think of. Don't let the word smoker fool you. He can do much more than your traditional barbecue! The rig is completely self contained and can go anywhere. Stop by when you see him in your town or give him a call.
