" The owner came out to my place within an hour and a half of submitting my request for a cleaning, on a holiday. He was quick to arrive, knowledgeable about the stains on my carpet, and worked with me to find a price that worked with me. He was able to work around the furniture I was unable to move and did well with my animals running around and hiding. He was friendly, efficient, and fast. My couch looks almost brand new (with three animals living here) and my carpets are bought back to life. "

" Don’t waste your time, overpriced for mediocre work.
I should have followed my instinct from the first phone call. Spoke with the owner, and I had questions, and he answered them rudely, but I was polite and continued to listen to him because he’s the professional in this business right? After listening to him, talk about his experience I decided to use him because I needed someone to come within 24hrs to cup my rental property stains. Before even seeing the property they charge you a $100 deposit that is non-refundable. That should have been my second red flag.
His tech Mr. D came, cleaned our home and did a fair job. When I called Kevin to express my concerns about the job Mr. D did, he became very defensive and talked over me and did not try to find a solution. Would never recommend this business, as the owner has no respect for his customers and lacks customer service. "

" Be weary of this business, especially the owner Kevin. They hook you with the $100 deposit so it’s hard to say, no, once they arrive and tell you how much more it’s going to cost. Then they haphazardly and sloppily spray chemicals all over your furniture. They made the stain on my couch worse! There is now a white chemical stain surrounding the original stain. Kevin offered to send his crew back out, but when I asked for a refund instead he got very angry and argued with me before hanging up. I would never ever hire these guys again or support Kevin’s other businesses. "

" My dogs destroyed my carpet and my in-laws were coming in 2 days!! I needed a miracle... FAST. Thats why I was so relieved when Kevin was able to come help me that very same morning. He arrived on time and after taking a look at the work, we agreed on a price that was generous of him. I had priced around and was very happy with the deal I got. He was polite and professional. He explained the process with me and was honest about possible results. One room was so bad I couldn't go in there but he was able to get the smell out completely!! He stands by his work and exceeds expectations. If you need fast, affordable, and quality carpet cleaning you'll definitely was to call these guys. "
