Johnny was pleasant as well, when I asked for warranty papers and implant info was shocked after the office manager Gladys gave me the paper, because in the initial consultation with Dr. Libby she informed me the warranty was for 5 years as long as I did twice a year cleaning. Work ethics, professionalism and transparency should be exercised with clients on first consultation, not after treatment plan is complete. It is about the principles of it! "

" I am happy with the implant and crown that Dr. Libby and her assistant did for me, but I was a bit surprised that the assistant did the healing abutment removal and initial assembly and fitting of the crown abutment and crown. I was also surprised that the assistant completed the screw cover filling with no help or inspection by Dr. Libby. I returned the next day to have the filling profile corrected, and the correction was also done by the assistant. A cursory review of online guidelines suggests that these procedures should generally be done by the dentist. "

Every member of her team is friendly , professional and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. They are a team and that comes through in the exceptional care they provide.
