" Amazing tour guide Lani shared many local insight on the history of many towns and famous locations around the island. She also shared updates impacting the different areas. Upon booking, the communication was constant with reminders and tips to have an amazing experience. The schedule was on point from pickup to drop off. Lani took precautions while driving as there were multiple areas with construction crews. The stops provided great experiences and beautiful photo moments. The bus was impeccably clean and seats were comfortable. Do pack light so you are comfortable in your seating space. Would highly recommend this tour agency. "

" Tour was really nice, with the pineapple farm tour being the highlight. Rocky was wonderful... very friendly, weather of knowledge, and funny. If anything I felt an hour less on the farm and an hour more on North shore would have been ideal. "

" We took the full-day "Hidden Gems" tour and while the tour has potential to be good, in our case was very average. What made our experience terrible was that the bus air-conditioning was not working. Imagine spending a whole day in a stinking hot little bus that you cannot open the windows on. We booked this tour to be in a small group expecting to avoid the congestion associated with big-bus groups. The issue is, that this tour follows the same route at the same pace as other operators, so for many parts the tour stopped at the same destinations as all the rest of the tours which meant massive queues and crowds at the stops. The stops were typically about 15 minutes long except for lunch so the whole thing felt like a rush. I would rather have done fewer stops or have the tour last longer, given the price. Our tour guide was also super low-energy and when we went chatted with him separately at a stop and mentioned we were Australian, he spoke of time in the 70s or 80s (whatever) when he went there and recalled how bad it was because he got mistreated. While that is saddening to hear, is that the best you can do when talking to a couple visiting Hawaii to appreciate what it has to offer? While this tour sounded good on paper, for the $340 total we paid for two people through a rip-off booking agency selling this tour, I would strongly recommend to any visitor to just hire a car and travel at your pace and make your own memories. Sure we saw some nice sights and will say that was nice, the problem is that soooooo much time is spent bouncing around in the bus, that my main memory is that of sweating in the back row squeezed in with three random other travelers who were too big for their seats and subsequently mashing my wife and I. I could not wait for the day to be over. The next day we hired a car and went about our own business and never looked back. "

" My husband and I would highly recommend this tour. We liked that we were able to visit a number of sites in one day that we probably wouldn't have visited on our own with the amount of time that we had on our vacation. If you like to spend a good amount of time visiting at one site then this tour isn't for you as the time spent at each site is limited. It was however, a sufficient amount of time for us. Our tour guide Kunamu was wonderful. She is knowledge and funny. The driver Noelle got us around safely. "

" We had an amazing Gems of Oahu tour with Bill!!!!! Bill is the best tour guide I’ve ever met, he is so knowledgeable, knows just about everything there is know about Hawaii and is a native of Hawaii back three generations! I learned more about Hawaii than I ever could from my own research, this was an exceptional tour, and we would hands down recommend it. Enough stops for the bathroom, and lots of gorgeous stops along the way. Bill got us into everything super fast, and all in all we had an awesome day! Thanks Bill for making our first trip to Hawaii a memorable one! "
