Established in 1996, Harford Air is a fully licensed, locally owned and operated flight school offering complete flight training service. Owner Kevin Hess has over 25 years of flying experience and over 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience. He received his pilot license at KCI Aviation, his degree in Aviation at Salem College and his A&P, at Rice Aviation. He was the 2001 “Flight Instructor of the Year” for Maryland presented by the Maryland DOT & FAA. He has almost 30 years of experience in general aviation.

Located just off I-95 in beautiful Harford County, Maryland, we offer lessons, sight-seeing rides (deals available on Groupon - check 'em out!) and of course, rentals! We have two Cessna 172s, a Cessna Skycatcher, a Citabria 7GCBC and our new and improved Piper Arrow III which recently had a brand new Avidyne 540 GPS installed!
