" I honestly just never had a facial where I noticed absolutely no difference to my skin when done. Also noticed weird bumps as if I was having a reaction. I also didn’t have a skin care recommendations nor could I add on an extraction that I thought was already included because of time.

I arrived early but the experience felt rushed and in comparison to the facials I typically get in my area- the spa experience for me is overhyped and extremely overpriced. Maybe these treatments aren’t for darker skin tones. I was disappointed. "

" I had a terrible experience. My esthetician Andrea, was cold and stoic. As someone who has skin anxiety and who shared that with her, her tone and body language were distant and almost seemed to be borderline apathetic at times. Seemed like she was annoyed I kept asking questions about each step of my facial as well. She barely smiled at me. Her technical skills were good and my face felt good after, but the bedside manner was awful. I reported this to their office and will be requesting a warmer provider. "

" Went in for a spray tan— my first time. I was really interested in the full body microderabrasion. It was awkward— the lights were completely on it wasn’t relaxing at all she was incredibly fast and didn’t take any time at all. My aesthetician seemed nice, but inexperienced. I waited for over 10 minutes to be taken to the “tanning room”. It was actually horrible! The tanning “tent” was in their STOCK ROOM. Boxes all around and a HUGE mirror right in front of you to watch it all happen which was horrific. I feel like they just slapped spray tan on their website and don’t put any thought or effort into the treatment itself. Super disappointed I can’t believe I spent the money on that. The tan wasn’t even GOOD. she didn’t spray parts of me it all looked off. Never going back "

" My go to facial spot! I regularly get the triple crown and oxygen purifying facials with Jenny T. She's amazing and really creates magic that makes my skin glow for weeks! She is so warm and kind and really takes care of your face like it's her own.

I first came to JV and did my first facial with Jenny back in 2019 when I was getting married. I have not looked back since. Jenny walks me through each and every step of the process and sincerely takes interest in guiding me to maintain beautiful and healthy skin. It's hard to find aestheticians who carry such genuine concern for their clients these days. Thanks so much Jenny! "

" Well, I am going to start by saying that It was my first time coming here because my lovely daughter bought me a package here as a present for my birthday. I must say it was expensive one. I am super upset and sad for the service I got from the personnel at the front desk. They make me feel like I did not belong there, first when I arrived, they could not find my reservation then after they finally were able to find my name, they were going to make me fill out the forms I already did online without checking for it. then when everything was clear i just step aside and waited for more than 15 minutes without any updates on when or who I was waiting for it was very hot that day and I was super thirsty, but they did not offer a drink or anything while I was waiting. I felt I was invisible there! and trust me I saw many other clients receiving warn welcoming and friendly greetings as they come and goes. Thank goodness for the girls who did the facial and body massage they were nicer and friendlier. Honestly, I did not notice any difference after the triple crown facial I received but it was ok. as per the 60-minute tailor made massage it was also ok. If I will come back here NO! unfortunately the uncomfortableness I felt when I was leaving was wait too much, no one even noticed my presence and asked me how the service was even tough I said thank you while I was leaving no one even bother to turn and reply to me. I mean after the amount of money my daughter pay for me to feel like a million dollar renew MOM. Unfortunately, my whole experience got ruin because of the poor customer service in the front DESK the least you can expected is for someone to ask you how the service went not even a thank you for coming today Honestly I was in shock! "
