" I had an amazing experience with the team at Sportech. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the experience of buying a new tennis racket super easy. Karen was especially helpful, but the whole team was delightful. I am a casual tennis player and needed to replace an incredibly old racket, so I came in with very little knowledge on what made a good racket or what was best for me. They guided me through the process with kindness and expertise, and I got to test out a few rackets over the course of a week before I committed to one. I also work in retail, and I know the commitment (and energy) it takes to provide genuine, meaningful customer service. Sportech is a shining example. I will be a customer for life! "
