" Hear me out. Can’t say enough about this place. Happen to just stopped by while walking on Worth Avenue about 8 years ago. Back then I was just pursuing at the selection and happened to bump into a fellow shopper who had a well worn pair on (about 5 years old). He swore by them. Picked out the same pair and tried them on. I love them too. At the time, they were steep for my budget but knowing he had his for 5 years, and they looked great, I decided to make the investment. 8 years later, I wear the same pair very regularly to the point where the right sole finally fell off. Decided to stop by the store again and met the Store Director, Avery Felks, on a Sunday with the pair asking if they would resoled them. Although they didn’t, because understandably, they needed the expertise of a cobbler of which she recommended a few. I was really impressed at the build quality and decided to take the leap and invest in two more. They are investments and super versatile. Trust me just try a pair. Also go see Avery. She is the best! "

" Do not purchase from this store.
I purchased a pair of shoes online, when I received them they were way too small, I returned them with the enclosed label and wrote a email to Customer Support.
A few days later I got the shoes back with a letter saying they do not take returns that have been worn.
These were NOT worn!!! I had them on for 30 seconds and in no way could wear them out bc they were so small.
The store did not reply to my multiple emails or my request on PayPal.
Absolutely do not support this establishment. "
