I was scheduled for a color and cut this past Sunday. I received a confirmation AND a reminder. After arranging child care and traveling to the salon they were closed! No one answered and no one has reached out to me. I was left devastated before traveling for the holidays. Absolutely unprofessional. "

" WARNING- He does overcharge, be very careful about the price!!! The website said $40 dollars but I had to pay $156 dollars just for a conditioner and a trim! And my hair looked crazy when I left the shop, I had to go home and redo it! Very unhappy about the service although he was friendly, this really was a scam. "

" Wow! I am looking at some of the negative reviews and I am actually shocked!
I am a young woman with natural coarse hair and I’ve been a customer at Wayne Agassi for over 9 years and every time I get my hair done I am ALWAYS satisfied and so is everyone else in the salon! When it comes to hair cuts he is the BEST! When it comes to colour he’s salon is amazing! The owner always reassures you that the health of your hair ALWAYS comes first! And His salon is an Aveda concept salon which means that they thrive for excellence from within. He would always tell you that the growth of your hair comes from within and the products only maintains the growth of your hair. What you eat and how you care for yourself is the result of not only your body but your hair follicles and a lot of stylists will never tell you this they will just try and sell you a product!
This salon is hands down the BEST in Brooklyn when it comes to cut, color, and hair care! "
