" I moved in July 2017 and literally the weekend of Made In America (Sept 2-3) when I had my friends over my house for the first time i had mice droppings on my kitchen floor in my barely occupated apartment. My floors have lumps in them as well and I placed a request to have them fixed and they probably still aren't fixed. The experience of gaining my first apartment was cute however I will not be buying any furniture or trying to add anything into this apartment until my lease is up and I find somewhere else to move. "

" I've lived in this apartment complex for 3 years, I enjoyed the location and really wanted to call this place a home. I even recommended 3 friends to move here during my first year of stay. The apartment have "referral program" and I was suppose to get some credit for it, but with the management team turnover, I had to repeat myself and still end up with nothing. I eventually gave up. With that being said, I have high tolerance for this place but things are just going downhill and now, to the point that is beyond tolerable.
My restroom started leaking in January 2017, at least 3 service requests sent in and direct follow-ups with the team, no permanent solution nor any improvement were made for 6 months. In June, the problem escalated. The ceiling collapsed with muddy cements all over my bathtub and restroom floor. The fact that it happened is not what frustrated me, I understand no one wants this to happen, the point is that no matter how many times i brought the same issue to the team hoping for a solution, they still let it to turn out the worst way. The way it was handled is an evidence of careless and inefficiency. It took 3 weeks for them to seal the ceiling, ironically the root of the problem, leakage still exists. The premise is not maintained in the condition which i agreed to rent, I've already ask to discuss the final solution, another week passed by, still hearing nothing.
Final words to some of you considering this place, don't be fooled by the appearance of the apartment, unless you're gifted with luck so that everything goes well, don't move in! "
