The dirt they dug up they left the pipe smashed up in the dirt. I would give these people-5 if I could calling the police on handicap people. And no they didn't have a permit for the street parking. " We used City Plumbing for an emergency weekend issue in our investment property in the city. They immediately dispatched a plumber who came out and resolved our issue. The plumber was pleasant, helpful and explained the issue to us in detail. We will now use them for all our plumbing needs going forward. "

" I recently had this company replace my water heater and I would highly recommend them. First, I received a prompt estimate when requested, after the first rep (sorry, forgot his name, but he was on time and very nice) came to assess the problem, and was quickly able to set up an installation date. Then, both installers (two "Kevins") arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new one. (I should also note that, when I had requested it, the company nicely moved my installation to an earlier date when I expressed concern about the safety of my old unit.) All in all, I was very pleased with how City Plumbing does business and I will undoubtedly use them again (and I'm in marketing). "
