" I had City Wide Roofing out in 2007 to replace my roof and to rebuild my skylight I had no issues and was very happy but just recently I had noticed I had leaks coming into my back bedroom down to my kitchen when I was getting ready to repaint my home I called Citywide because they were the ones who had done my roof in 2007 Tom came out he was very respectful upfront ask me where I thought the leaks were coming from and inspected the entire roof I was not aware though that once every 5 years your roof should be reconditioned Tom informed me that my roof was overdue for a recondition so I had put the work order in Tom did communicate it could take up to 2 weeks before they would come out but he did manage to patch up where he needed to in the meantime well needless to say they were out the very next day Alex and his partner were very professional and courteous and we're done in approximately about an hour and told me I should have no problems I would recommend city-wide Roofing because I had no issues with anything I am a very happy customer thank you city wide for taking care of my Roofing needs "

" We had to replace a single strip across the front part of our roof. Our home is a 2 story flat-front, brick row home. Although they stopped the leak, I think $1,500 was too much for that work. "

" I want to thank Jim for the fast service, and understanding. For the f, up that perry's roofing did. I know i could trust these guys from city wide roofing. Just buy Jim concern about my roof, and he took care of my issue before the next rain storm. And the guys that came out , there like super hero's because of the 28 degrees weather conditions. Guys you did great thanks again "

" We have a 15-year warranty and over the past several years, we have had several leaks. It took numerous calls to get someone to come out. When they did come out and so called fixed the leak it is now s leaking gain in the very same spot and no one has come out as of yet. I would not recommend this company then to anyone. "

" Worst roofers ever. The warranty is virtually worthless. It will takes weeks for them to come fix their f ups of which there will be many. I've had 3 roofs completed by city wide and all 3 leaked severely within 2 years. They never show up even remotely close to when you schedule a time. Citywide has been ripping of Philadelphia residence for decades. Workmanship is a total joke. DO NOT USE! "
