" These gentlemen came to my home to replace my service line after an accident cracked the old lead one my house came with. They were able to replace it with a copper pipe, as well as give a new service port with cap, and minimized the time I had to go without water. The worker wearing sunglasses walked me through the steps they were taking and even let me know to flush the pipe from the hose bib in the yard to prevent sediment from clogging my sinks after the job was done.
03 May 2023The new line was placed much better than the original and leaves room between the indoor shut off valve and the wall in case sometime in the future an emergency repair is needed for the future homeowners after me. They also attached my original grounding wires to the new pipes, which goes to show they are considerate (they also swept the dirt their boots tracked into the house as they left).
Their service was conscientious and of good quality. Their price is reasonable and I didn't need to sacrifice thoroughness to get it. Thank you for your work! "
