" The worst experience!!! I placed an order on a Monday for one of my friends. They never deliver the arrangement. They called me the following week to tell me that they were not able to delivery the arrangement because supposedly I entered the incorrect zip code the moment that I placed the order. They NEVER contact me by email or phone to inform me that. They wait an entire week to reach out to me. I will NEVER order from this location again. Worst experience!!! "

" Zero stars.. this place is horrible and the staff is unprofessional. Tgey didnt have anything that went with my order in stock. So they refunded the ballons. However the second order won't allow them to do a second refund because they just realized there suppose to be a ballon and I love pop with it now I have a store credit. I really dislike this location since last year the guy over charged $10 me for 1 ballon!!!!! "

" Ordered an arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries and when it was opened three days later, the strawberries were moldy and falling apart as the thin layers of chocolate slid off into the basket. Absolutely horrible. When I tried to call and complain, it was an automated system telling me to leave a message only to be told their voicemail was full. Had to talk to the corporate office to get a refund and instead was told it had to be eaten within 24 hours (nothing on the package said anything about that). The next day, received an e-mail telling me I would have to bring the rotten arrangement to the store the following morning to get another arrangement. Never ordering from here again. "
