" bought my Toyota Yaris there this year. My 3 month service as free, but they over- inflated my tires and my TPMS light illuminated on the highway... had to turn around to get it fixed. They need to check their equipment to ensure it is in specs... "

" Just picked up a 2017 Toyota Tundra from Fairfield today. My experience during purchase was absolutely wonderful. Joel and Mary were a pleasure to deal with.They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with our deal. Since I live 2 hours from the dealership I wanted to make sure everything was ready to go on the day I took delivery and Joel made sure it was. He also introduced me to many of the Fairfield Toyota team and they were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great deal on a Toyota! "

" In the 11 years that I have lived in Williamsport, my wife and I bought a 2004 Ford Ranger from Fairfield Ford in 2007, and more recently a 2010 Prius in 2009 and today a 2017 Prius Prime from Fairfield Toyota. I have always found sales as in Doug Mather to be extremely honest and service as in Tom Koontz at the Ford dealership and Steve Knight and Jeff Lee at the Toyota dealership to be superb, indeed over the top! They sell a wonderful product backed up by equally outstanding service! "

I called Fairfield (having never done business there before) and talked to Fred in service. He treated me with kindness, dignity and respect. They have just gained a new customer the next time we are in the market for another Toyota! "
