Howell Paving is now serving the Central Pennsylvania area.

Dustin Howell is a Curwensville Area High School Graduate. He received his B.S. in Construction Management and an A.A.S. in Architectural Technology from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Dustin has five years in the paving industry, four of which were spent as the foreman.

Howell Paving specializes in asphalt paving with a focus on driveways, parking lots and various patching.

Howell Paving is OSHA certified and NECEPT certified through Penn State.
