" Not sure if it's incompetents or laziness, but I called to inquire about getting a copy of my diploma (military misplaced mine) and the 1st answer I got was no, they cannot provide a copy, but I could request a copy of my transcripts. I thought that's really odd, so I asked more questions. Guess what!!! They CAN provide a copy of your diploma, all they have to order it. And apparently that means someone in the office has to do a little work. I cannot figure for the life of me why that office person would initially lie to me by saying "no", they cannot provide a copy of my diploma. (When they actually can) Well, you know what they say: a fish rots from the head down. "
