" Wednesday January 4th ,2017 at approx 11:46 (information I got from tracking package)Market Square 7782 Crittenden St Phila Pa 19118 carrier Watts, J #40 , left an my package on the step of my apartment , carrier didn't not specify if he left it outside the building or inside the building when I contacted my local post office. Watts, J#40 scanned and it read he left it in my mailbox; however again when I contacted the officer he said he left it on the step. Watts also told Nichols, Leslie(not sure what her position is ) that my complex door was unlocked and the package was too big to fit in my mailbox. Therefore he left my package in an unsecured area and lied on his scanner. I contacted my local post office Wednesday and Thursday concerning my lost package. Nichols,L told me what the carrier said and there nothing they can do about. I tried asking her their policy normally when a package is too big or undeliverable, I would have to go and pick it up. I explained to her that this carrier always mix up my mail and sometimes I would physically have to walk mail to another address.She never clearly gave me their policy, talked in circles, and got nasty when I told her I want to make an complaint against the carrier. Now I want to make one against her , for not being professional and not trying rectifying the issue. This is an on going issue with this post office, one package was once lost for 2 1/2 weeks for it to just be sitting in their office. "

" Horrible, very unorganized ...packages are always misplaced causing for me to get packages days later after the initial delivery date. Employees and supervisors need not to care or make efforts to resolve problems either "

" I now go out of my way to use this PO rather than the much closer one at 6711 Germantown Ave because the difference in attitude is night and day. Employees at this location say Hi with a smile. They make eye contact. They are efficient. I've only had positive experiences here. The opposite can be said of the other location. I'm guessing it comes down to the quality of managers. "
