" Called at 11 in the morning inquiring about replacement key for a file cabinet. Company asked me to hold while they checked to see if they could do it. Company then said no problem and I would be able to pick it up in a 2 or 3 hours. I received no call back from them in a few hours, as i was informed... I had to call them back at 4:20pm (5hrs later) to see if it was available for pick up... Company then informed me they could have key blank in tomorrow and asked if I wanted to pick it up tomorrow afternoon.
I feel like the Company lied to get my business. I based my time on their commitment and they fell through on their word. "
