I have inherited the evil hobby of collecting recipes, be it a cookbook or just a recipe at large, I never cook the same thing the same way twice, why should I there are so many ways to cook something. . So my love of cooking, vs my love of recipes and how to do this or change this around for a different flavor or look, has made for some very interesting meals around my house.
