" I am highly disappointed with the service from Eggers. We used them for my grandmother's cremation. We had met with the same lady 3 separate times to review the file and make any changes. We had requested 8 separate baggies of her ashes. We did not receive any baggies, we had to carefully do that ourselves at home. Then the most devastating thing of all was that my grandmother's thumbprint was not made. That doesn't mean anything to some people, but I was looking forward to having a piece of jewelry made with her thumbprint. Now, I will never have that opportunity, due to their mistake. Like I told the director on the phone, this lady made notes each of the 3 times we met with her. This should not have happened, especially when your loved one is being cremated. There is no going back. There is no room for mistakes of that magnitude. I will no longer recommend Eggers to anyone. "
