" This week I went to Glover's Funeral Home, to make arrangements for my Mom. I reminded her that she did my Father's and my cousin's service. I was under the impression that if she knew that my family was a return customer , that she would not charge us a lot of money, and not try to make us buy things that we really did not need. Oh how wrong I was, she treated me like a new person, the fact that I was a return customer did not matter. The final bill came up to just over $8000.00. I asked her about a discount because I was a retired police officer, or military veteran, she did take off about $200.00. My advise to anyone when doing business with this business to get a written statement of charges once you get that shop around. You may be surprised that you can do better. As I did. I will do all I can to ensure that she will not get any of my family members again. She has no loyalty towards her return customer why should you. Shop around. "
