I have a passion for helping organizations succeed through establishing strategic direction and adopting industry best practices, based on the 30 years I've spent leading chambers and associations. I am a 2009 graduate of the U.S. Chamber's Institute for Organization Management (Northeast, though I started at Southeast), a Certified Association Executive (CAE), and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce Executive's 2012 Chamber Executive of the Year. I also hold a Master of Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government (1989).
