" Staff seems to lack any willingness to help a customer. Went in to pick up an online order and the counter had two reps talking to each other and one helping a customer. Stood there for ten minutes until one decided to say he could help who was next (I was the only one there) but I could tell he didn’t want to. Didn’t greet me; I said hey how are you doing? He said good and asked if I had my order number like he hoped I wouldn’t. Finally got my order and told me to sign but didn’t offer a pen. Took the paperwork from me, intentionally dropped the pen and didn’t apologize at all. I got my order and walked out. Never again! I see why this store has such poor reviews. My only regret is not reading them beforehand. "

" Every freaking store is layed out different.
I was in 4 different Lowe's in 2 states last week. Everyone of them so different it's stupid.
I am wasting way to much time wandering around Lowe's. "

" Lazy staff & super lazy manager. They don’t want to help with loading even if you request like 3 times & after wait for 60 mins. I am not going back. My business goes to Home Depot, rivergate. I wish they carry 6 * 6* 16 post. I had to order from Lowe’s(unfortunately). I am a contractor who goes to these stores like every day. Worse experience ever in 5 years!! "

" Service in the appliance department especially bad; I've been in at all hours of the day. Employees chatting around the desk back there or on the computer, never ask whether you need help. My order for a generator was cancelled-- they never contacted me that it was cancelled and I was not issued a refund until I caught it and insisted. Keep your eye on them if you shop there and keep track of your own orders! They will not! "

" Appliance sales person and manager assistance very good, delivery of new refrigerator not good. Not leveled, protective film was left with small pieces still attached, inside air dam left off, delivery man didn't know where it went. Left tools in my kitchen, had to chase them down to return the tools, and dinged the corner of our wall when bringing in the new refrigerator. Did the means justify the ends, I don't think so.

" Excellent store for all your home, yard and garden needs. Staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable. Ample parking with plenty of space for handicapped. Check out with speedy and accurate. Will return when the need arises for house, garden or yard needs. "

" Awesome staff was helped in the grill area by a white-haired gentleman with a great personality and great helpful advice. I'll return to this location for sure. I'm from out of town but working in the area but was treated like a local. Great experience checking out in the customer service area as well. I'm not easily impressed but I was today. "

" This Lowe's location has consistently showed poor customer service. My last 6 visits I have had to assist myself and use the Lowe's app to get any assistance. I just purchased 25 boards and not one person offered assistance . Not all Lowe's have poor customer service and I'm sure they do a better job of quality control. I'm not bashing Lowe's by no means. I love the product and the prices. Next time I will drive the extra mile to the Lowe's in Rock Hill. "

" This place is a freaking nightmare. First, I ordered a whole kitchen can't set to be installed and a vanity for the bathroom. I go to pick up the vanity and the person putting it in my car decided to try and pick it up by themselves and scratched my brand new 2016 case that I only had two weeks so far. I was furious. The manager at the time didn't care and was very rude. Then, it took almost 4 months for them to get my cabinet order right. First they said they were on their way to deliver them and never showed. The next day the same thing happened. Then they only delivered half the order. The installer went ahead and installed the ones I had and would come back when the rest arrived. Then they took my kitchen appliances to the wrong house, an hour away. Then they told me they accidentally sold the remaining pieces to someone else and couldn't track down anymore of the set. So I was stuck with half installed cabinets for two months. Then I called corporate and they said they tracked the remaining pieces down buy it would take two weeks. 4 weeks went by and they said they were on their way with them, but no one showed. Finally, 4 months late, I got all the pieces. The installer came back and finished, but he didn't put any of the handles on. Now they are saying they lost their contact (Surprise surprise) with their fabricator and were trying to find someone else to install the counter tops. I had more than enough of their incompetence at this point, so I've now hired Home Depot to do the counter tops. I will never shop at Lowe's again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how much of a hassle they put me through. I have no idea how these people function in life every day. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. "
