" This store in general used to have counter help second to none. Everyone working there was a walking parts encyclopedia. Those days are gone. Now, if you don't know your own interchange numbers, your SOL for the most part. They're website is cutting edge for 2003. They push "order online, pickup at store" but out of the three times I've tried, I've thrice been met with empty looks and a bunch of "well, there's nothing in the computer..." Even the corporate help number has gone to pot. This is a place you go because they're the only ones who have many items, but whatever you need, rest assured they have it in stock- at another store. "
