The Upstate CROP Hunger Walk is one of 1800 such walks held across the country each year. 75 % of the money raised goes to Church World Service (CWS). CWS provides hunger and disaster assistance in the US and worldwide. They also are very involved in self-development of people projects. 25% of the money stays in the community where the walk is held. Since 2011 our local recipient has been Loaves & Fishes of Greenville - a food rescue organization that assists organizations across Greenville County.
