" I'm currently waiting on my front tires to be replaced as I write this. I arrived at tle center at about 5 till 7. Their hours are 7a to 7p. It was 7:25 by the time Daniel came to the car he seemed very unhappy and unfriendly. I told him I needed tires and he looked at me and pointed to the farthest Bay and said well that's the tire Bay. I told him he should be plenty capable of backing the car up 10 feet and pulling it in whichever Bay he wants. He then started taking my info and his scanner wouldn't scan my car's VIN. His next words were this is a piece of sh#t. Wow super professional I would have probably lost it on him if my child was in the car. Then another employee called to him and said this guy's waiting on his wife and doesn't need anything (refereeing to another car in line) Daniel's response was good! Look I realize service is always going to be sub-par at wal mart these for the most part are individuals who could never survive a real job that demands etiquette and a sense of urgency. I just think it's sad that grown men (some older than me) act like a teen on their first job at mickey d's. I will go to parr3 from now on for tires he's a tad more expensive but they are kind professional and they don't have the nasty habit of stripping out wheel studs like these buffoons. "

" This walmart has the worst hospitality and experienced staff in the tire department. We just moved from the greenville area and for years we have used walmart's oil change service in both greenville and simpsonville and have had great service. Problems I had at this property- burning smell after oil change, air filter was taken off (after I said I didn't need it changed) then they didn't replace it correctly (was making a loud noise when I left), took to long ( usually they come to your car to see what services needed but, I had to find them) and then they told me to "hold on a minute" while they sat around and talked about what they did the night before. Never going back to this property and will not recommend it for anyone. "
