" they are a true rip off.. management keeps getting fired and replaced, they do not want to complete any repairs, maintenance people don't know what they are doing, the homes are garbage and things are just covered up to look nice, everyone likes to pass the buck and blame the next person. They claim its not well water but how do you use the same amount of water each month? Just sad how they treat people and just want your money. No professionalism or care all. Two bullet holes in my trailer due to recent violence and continued issues here. Kids always fighting and running around stealing or destroying property. Disgusting "

" What a wonderful place to call home with 270 sites and a natural, peaceful setting. Just a short drive from Columbia, SC and an hour from the local beaches. The community boasts a beautiful scenic layout with large sites, winding streets and cul-de-sacs. There is a playground for the children, wide paved and lighted streets and on-site Management.
