" We worked with Austin out of the Sioux City office for our hail damaged roof last year. Austin helped us in communicating with our insurance company as to what was happening and when it would happen. When the crew showed up to put on the roof they were very knowledgeable and efficient. They did everything Austin said they would to install a new roof and we have no complaints about any part of it. In fact, we were so pleased with the results we used Austin again this year to re-side our house. Austin put in the time necessary to help us get exactly what we wanted, explaining various options along the way with the final choice being ours. The crew showed up and removed the old siding, then installed the siding very satisfactorily, cleaned up and left. After they left I discovered a gable had been missed and contacted Austin. He said he would have the crew back to correct it. The next day was raining but the day after was fair and sure enough here came the crew and did the work. I have no qualms about recommending Premier Systems for siding or roofing "
