" I made a reservation 2 days prior to picking up my full size car and received a confirmation number. However, I went to pick up my car they had rented mine and had no full size cars available. The options I was given after holding on the phone for over an hour with their corporate customer service were to get a smaller car for the same price as full size or pay to upgrade to one that would fit my needs. If it weren't for Enterprise helping me out my entire work event out of town would have been a disaster. "
