Things to know about consigning at Trendy Things, LLC

-Consignment is a 60/40 split for items under $100 and a 50/50 split for items over $100.
*You will receive 40% of the selling price of items under $100. You will earn 50% of the sales price of any items $100 and over. Money earned on your account can be picked up or used as store credit at any time, but there will be a three day hold period on all money owed due to the store return policy. Any funds not picked up after 12 months will become the property of Trendy Things, LLC.
We accept clothing based on the season.
*Mid March-July we accept Spring/Summer
*Late September-Jan. we accept Fall/Winter

-MAXIMUM OF 50 CLOTHING, SHOES, & PURSE ITEMS PER APPOINTMENT. If you drop off more than 50 of these items, the rest will become the property of Trendy Things, LLC.
*We accept all sizes of clothes for baby, children, teens, men, women, and maternity. Everything must be of current style (nothing older than 3 years), freshly laundered with no holes or stains, broken zippers, and no yard sale stickers. Items that do not meet these requirements will be disposed of at the discretion of Trendy Things, LLC.
*Clothes must be on hangers if possible or neatly folded. Items can be dropped off in boxes, tubs or bins. NO PLASTIC TRASH BAGS.

All toys must be clean & in working condition with all parts attached.
Housewares, home décor & furniture must be clean and damage free.
We DO NOT ACCEPT formal clothing, antiques, TVs, computer equipment or jewelry.

-All items EXCEPT CLOTHING, SHOES, & PURSES can be dropped off anytime Monday-Thursday without an appointment, with a maximum of 1 drop off per week, 2 drop offs per month, and no more than 50 items per drop off. Please give us 24 hour notice on all furniture drop offs.
*YOU MUST SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR CLOTHING ITEMS. *NO EXCEPTIONS!*

-We sell just about anything that is clean and in working order.
-All items are priced by Trendy Things, LLC, and we will do our best to insure that you get the most profit out of your items.

-We keep all items for 60 days. After 20 days the selling price of your items will be reduced by 25%. After 40 days, the price is reduced by 50%. It will be your responsibility to come, pick out, and find your items when your time is up. You may pick up any unsold items at any time. After the 61st day, your items will become the property of Trendy Things, LLC. *We will not call or send out any reminders.*

-Items can be reduced in price due to seasonal/holiday changes. All holiday items must be picked up by noon on the next business day following the holiday or they will become property of Trendy Things LLC.
