" Wow! Google would like a longer review, so I will elaborate. I usually stay away from chains but we came here for a party. Service was impeccable - including the wine expertise of one of our servers. All the food was amazing and cooked to proper temps. Delicious desserts were a nice surprise. Fair warning - make a reservation. I know it was holiday season, but this place was packed. And for good reason! "

" It was an amazing experience here at this establishment. The staff was very attentive and courteous to guests. The food was amazing with assortment of fire grilled meats that is cut in front of you.
The salad bar is amazing with different veggies and cold cuts. The salad bar is unlimited. For those who like salads, i would recommend this place, but i would not pass on the fire grilled meats. Its an absolute delicacy "

" The best service I've ever is from this place. Atmosphere is great and even though it may appear to be crowded the noise level is still low. We were greeted by our server right away but there's two others that cover down on our table. No need to ask for refills as they fill your glass, water, when it gets a bit low.
I loved the fact they use Red/Green card concept so you never have to ask for more servings. Just simply turn your card over for more food or hold for now. Far better than someone constantly asking if you want more food. You don't have to take everything they offer, just take what you like and they'll slice it for you. These guys are constantly on the move walking around with different sample food. You'll never have to get up from your seat. They also have a small tong for you to help move the sliced meat onto your plate. I recommend to take it easy on the salad bar and they'll tell you this, too, to make plenty of room for the main course.
With great service comes with great price but it's well worth it. A place you can go to 2-3 times a year if you feel like indulging yourself with protein. We enjoyed our experience and we do hope you enjoy yours too.

" By far, one of the best restaurants I have ever been to and well worth the price. The customer service here simply excellent! They are constantly at catering to your every need while constantly checking up on you to see if you need anything.
One of the joys of this place is that even though it looks upscale, they still serve you and treat you with class if you come dressed down. I don't fancy a lot of outfits for such an occasion because usually I find them uncomfortable so this is much appreciated by me.
The servers greet you immediately, addressing those to the rules of the restaurant and how everything works. I won't spoil it here because I feel that is a part of experience.
The meat here was a simple delight though I wish they had a card with the list of meat on it that they serve. Things can become quite overwhelming when people are constantly bringing your cuts of different meat and if you are going to try them all but lose track either while eating or while receiving more food, it would helpful to have a card to strike off.
I wish they had drinks for those who don't drink soda or alcoholic beverages. There lemonade isn't bad but it wasn't what I was use to. Other than that, there is nothing but praise here. An amazing restaurant and truly one of a kind experience. "

" No better place to impress your spouse, date, or guests for those special occasions than Chama Gaucha. Used Open Table system to initially reserve a table for five. Confirmed by restaurant. Arrived three minutes before and waited in lobby area to be seated at our reserved time. Needlessly concerned whether our casual clothes would be suitable for upscale dining. Showed to our table with waiter providing seating assist. Everything went flawlessly. All the salads, meats, breads, & vegetables were excellent. It has probably one of the best salad bars in San Antonio. With so many servers, it would be difficult for a diner not to get the best of service. Took home a Chocolate Mousse to eat later. After we had finished eating, there was too long of a lapse before getting the check and carryout. "

" Husband and I have been coming here for years as a date night. The service is perfect. The meat is always tasteful and satisfying. I love coming to this place for the best meats I've ever had. Come starving and be very VERY light on the salads. Avoid the bread rolls even though they are so freaking good.
Also, if you love dessert drinks, ask for a white chocolate drink. I forget the name, but they light the liquor on fire. It's my favorite drink.
The waiters are very very good at their jobs and making sure everyone's needs are met. "

" Been coming now for 3 years and I'm always happy! I do have my favorite waiters, but ALL of them are very professional. There's never been a day that I'm not pleased. " Best Brazilian steakhouse hands-down. The best chicken salad I have ever had. The meats are also very delicious, my favorite is the lamb chops. Table service is always good and the management is always on top of everything.

" Amazing cuisine. May just be a Brazilian steakhouse, but service is top notch. Cost reflects this, not cheap, but your plate is never empty, and the staff scramble to ensure your visit is up to the value. Favorite is the bottom sirloin, but everything I've had has been well prepared and excellent. Their bar staff are also exceptional if that's your thing... Tell them what kind of things you like and ask for a suggestion. "
