Their prices have gone up in recent years, but their food quality is a bit higher and their service is also generally better than their similar, slightly more affordable competitors. This Chili's does a good job of getting you seated, ordered, fed, and checked out. They also have a well staffed bar which is often crowded during highlight sports events and dinner time. "

" Always will be last choice for me. Every time I go there it never fails!! Something always goes wrong. Ordered the appetizer, the cheese fries, PLEASE, NO CHIVES! Guess what...it has chives. The ribs over the years have gotten worse! They're dry, hard and tasteless. I honestly have nothing nice to say due to the bad experiences I've had over and over again. "

" The establishment was really nice and up to date. I did notice on my way to the bathroom that the kitchen was messy and chaotic. I ordered fried pickles and fajita dinner. The pickles flavor was great, but the breading or frying part was rushed and they came to me a bit soggy. Not much of a concern as the flavor was good. What made me lose my appetite was when I started digging into the fajitas I saw rust build up on the iron skillet 🍳. Really guys? Not only a health hazard I could taste the rust cooked into my chicken... very disappointed 😞 "

" Great take out service. I wish they were consistent with the food. One day the ribs are in foil. The next they are in paper, the next day nothing at all. One day the half order of cheese fries are large with foil, next smaller with no foil, then no foil or paper just in there. It makes a difference how it is wrapped when it's to go. Overall great to go service "

" We came to Chili's on Thursday , September 7, 2017 and Monica took a great care of us and most of the people in our section. We thought that she was the manager since she was walking around making sure that customers were happy and making sure that the tables were ready for the next people to come in. She talked to us, made us feel welcomed, and is definitely the best service we have received in a long time. In our opinion we believe that she has the skills to be promoted to a manager position since she has been working with chili's for almost ten years. And thank you again Monica for everything. We wish you the best. And we will definitely continue coming to the restaurant. "

" Normally i never have an issue with this place. But today i was super disappointed. Maybe the staff was short. But the person that sat us was nice enough. Too bad we sat for almost 15 before we finally got up and left. I always give people chances. But we had 4 waiters pass us and not one time did i here 'be right with you' or 'have you been helped yet?'. Disappointed..... "

" Dont come here on your birthday😫 My husband and I ate was here yesterday. We should have turned around back ot the door when it took 10 minutes to be seated. The place was empty but the bartender had to come seat us. Well after sitting for about another 15 before the waitress appeared
. When she did my husband told her it was my birthday and she blurted out "oh you dont get a free dessert anymore but u get free ice cream! But you have to pay for the dessert part" we ate and left quickly... She offered me the cream but i refused. I will not come here on my birthday again. "

" For the first time I stop by yesterday to order some wings and take it home.. I was amazed to see small place very clean and run by vet nice Family. I order 30 Family pack and I asked to prepare it not spicy which they did gladly. Price was very reasonable and food was delicious .. I will go back and order more when I need something fast and good to eat.The service was good. Keep up the good job guys. "

" I went and ate hear while I was on a business stay for the weekend. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She even gave me a to go drink, which was nice for when I got back to my hotel. I got the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers with corn-on-the-cob. As always, the food was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. I will definitely be back again when I'm in the area. "
